J'adore Leighton Meester! (Just felt like throwing a little French in there! lol) Her character, Blair Waldorf, in Gossip Girl is always on top of the latest fashion trends. It's obvious that she knows how to mix and match colors that both contrast and complement each other. Both the dress and the scarf really mesh well with her pale skin tone.
